Ugh, I'm not happy with this chapter, it's too short, but I guess a couple short ones won't hurt that bad, and at least I'm writing again. And the claw incident is based off the "Tooth and Claw" incident that actually happened to me ^^; Chapter 8 should be pretty long and of better quality.

So, a couple people were interested in this story about the dog I saved. I was driving with some friends to go pick up trash in a nearby park, when we see this little black lab puppy in the street. I call out to the driver to stop and help the dog out, since if it would have stayed there it would have gotten hit by one of the many cars driving by. We pulled over and a couple of us got out, but the dog had run off somewhere. We looked around for him and I found him hiding behind some bushes. I called out to him and he ran right up to me. He had a collar, but no tags, so I had him stay with one of my friends while I went to knock on doors of the houses nearby. The first door I knocked on turned out to be his owner. She called out "Henry" and he ran up to her. She explained to us that there was a hole in her fence and he must have gotten out. I just hate to think of what would have happened if he continued wandering the street and we hadn't stopped *shudder.*

On a side note, I can watch this icon for ages.

I had this dream last night, and it's a theme in my dreams I've had many times over. In this dream, I'm by a body of water that I know (often it's the pond behind my parents' house) and it's filled with fish I know (often the koi that live in aforementioned pond.) I'm watching the water, and suddenly these HUGE fish appear and start eating the other fish. I get super sad, but I don't know how to help the poor fish.

Also, I redid a couple of my icons. I still adore Demyx, but he can share my icon spaces with 6. Come to think of it, from the little we know about them, Demyx and 6 seem like they would get along pretty well (both seem to like to avoid combat, both not quite whole humans, both artists, both seem a little spazzy.)

Gah, I am just so freaking happy today! Everything today (well, yesterday, the 18th) just worked out so in my favor so that everything turned out right and whee, I am on such a high right now. I should probably do something productive like draw or write but I'm just too excited and enjoying the ride.

Anyone know how to turn a .jpeg file into a .jpg file? I need to submit something that can only be in .jpg.
